2. Very long diode lifespan Why do you change your bulbs so often? 3. Brightness Why are traditional bulbs not so effective? Because brightness of a traditional bulb equals from 8 to 20 lm/W, whereas brightness of LED diodes is definitely higher and permanently increases and it is thought that in the future it will reach 150 - 200 lm/W. Brightness of diodes at 80 lm/W causes LED to be the most economic solution available on the market (because it is average 6 times cheaper than traditional bulbs).
